ALL_LIBARIES视图主要显示拥有用户使用特权的库和库之间的关系，包括库的名称，所属用户，库是否可读/可写，库所属的正式组等。ALL_LIBRARIES视图是为了查看当前用户可用的库，也可以理解成用来存储调用存储库的父库的库的一个表。

使用ALL_LIBRARIES视图，可以从Data Dictionary查找库的字典描述及其对象的信息，允许管理者审查、分析和改善数据字典中现有库的状态。
